8.5×16 Xtreme Cargo Food Trailer

Concession & Food Trailers
Our pet grooming trailers are built as a complete mobile salon, not a cargo trailer with a tub added afterward. Every build integrates a dog wash station and wall-mount pet dryer, backed by a 50-amp electrical package with MC wire plus 20-amp auxiliary outlets — enough power to run clippers, dryers, and A/C simultaneously without tripping breakers between clients. Insulated walls and ceiling keep the cabin climate-stable through a full day of appointments, and layouts can be configured around your specific equipment and workflow — grooming is one of our most popular custom enclosed builds. Factory-direct from Douglas, GA — nationwide delivery, financing and rent-to-own available. See our 7×16 mobile grooming trailer for a fully-equipped example, or design your own layout.

Any Questions?
Frequently Asked Questions
Do your concession trailers meet health department requirements?
Requirements vary by state and county, so we build to the equipment standard most health departments require — stainless prep surfaces, a full sink package, and proper ventilation — and recommend confirming your local health department’s specific checklist before your final walk-through. Contact our sales team and we can help spec a build toward your jurisdiction’s requirements.
What size generator does a concession trailer need?
Most of our concession builds come with a 50-amp electrical system and a dedicated generator box, sized to run cooking equipment, refrigeration, and lighting simultaneously without tripping breakers. Exact generator sizing depends on your equipment load — ask our team when you spec your build.
What size concession trailer do I need?
A 6×12 single-axle unit suits a single-operator setup with minimal equipment, while 8.5×20 to 8.5×24 tandem-axle trailers give you room for a full kitchen line, dual serving windows, and a second staff member. Browse current inventory or use Design a Trailer to spec your exact layout.
Can I customize the equipment layout on a concession trailer?
Yes — serving window placement, sink count, cooking equipment mounts, and electrical capacity are all configurable. Start your custom build and our team will work through the equipment list with you.
